Upon the applicant’s request, preliminary testing services in accordance with international standards are provided.

• When an applicant develops a product for the purpose of obtaining international certification, preliminary tests corresponding to the testing requirements specified by the relevant international certification are conducted in advance.


• Applicants: Domestic manufacturers of fire protection products with established records of certification and product inspection in compliance with domestic standards.


• Testing shall be conducted in accordance with the test standards specified by the applicant.


• Upon completion of the tests, the relevant test reports shall be issued in accordance with KFI’s standard report format.


• Prior coordination with the designated testing personnel is required to confirm the feasibility of testing, as well as to arrange the schedule and related details.
